01General

TiJUBU is a Workforce Autonomics platform — the first platform designed to manage a hybrid workforce of humans and AI agents as one living system. For organisations, it provides strategic foresight, workforce planning, reskilling, and career development that runs continuously, not in annual cycles. For individuals, it powers a deeply personal growth journey — The Incredible Journey of You Becoming You.

TiJUBU serves two audiences through two lenses. The organisation lens is built for CHROs, heads of people, and workforce planners who need to anticipate change, compose the right human+AI workforce, grow their people, and help them become what the organisation needs. The individual lens is for every person in the workforce — employees seeking clarity on their career path, skills development, and personal growth.

Traditional HR platforms are static — built once, maintained manually, outdated the moment they're finished. TiJUBU is built on a fundamentally different architecture: Workforce Autonomics. Our platform continuously anticipates workforce shifts, composes the right blend of human and AI capabilities, grows people through personalised development, and helps them become what they're capable of. It's a living system, not a database.

TiJUBU stands for The Incredible Journey of You Becoming You. It reflects our belief that workforce platforms should serve people as much as organisations. The name captures the individual experience at the heart of the platform — a journey of growth, clarity, and becoming.

TiJUBU is designed for global organisations. The platform supports multi-language deployments and is built to comply with regional data regulations including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and GDPR.

Start by booking a demo with our team. We'll walk you through the platform, discuss your organisation's needs, and design an onboarding plan tailored to your workforce. There's no self-serve sign-up — every deployment is guided.

02Workforce Autonomics

Workforce Autonomics is a new approach to workforce management inspired by IBM's autonomic computing principles from 2001 — the idea that complex systems should manage themselves. We've redefined those principles for the workforce: instead of mechanical self-configuration and self-healing, we've built a human-centred framework around four properties — Anticipate, Compose, Grow, and Become — designed for a world where humans and AI agents work side by side.

Anticipate: see what's coming — skills decay, attrition risk, market shifts — before they become crises. Compose: design the right workforce — which roles need humans, where AI agents augment, what the org needs in 12 months. Grow: develop people continuously with AI-powered reskilling and upskilling, not in annual reviews. Become: help people and the organisation evolve into what they're capable of through living career development. These form a continuous cycle, not a one-time exercise.

Agentic AI is what makes Workforce Autonomics possible. Unlike traditional AI that produces dashboards for humans to interpret, agentic AI systems reason across multiple steps, evaluate options, and act — or recommend action — autonomously. They observe workforce signals, diagnose root causes, and surface recommendations before problems become crises. Workforce Autonomics is the architecture; agentic AI is what powers it.

A hybrid workforce is one where humans, AI agents, and robotic systems work together as part of the same team. AI agents don't replace people — they augment them, handling routine work so humans can focus on judgment, creativity, and strategy. TiJUBU is designed to orchestrate this blended workforce as one living system, continuously adjusting who does what as capabilities evolve.

No. It's grounded in 25 years of proven infrastructure principles — the same autonomic properties that make cloud platforms self-scaling, networks self-healing, and security systems self-protecting. We've adapted these for the workforce, redesigned them around human outcomes, and powered them with agentic AI. The concept has a rigorous intellectual foundation. The application to workforce is new.

03Products & Features

Each of TiJUBU's core capabilities maps to one of the four Workforce Autonomics properties. Anticipate powers strategic foresight — reading signals across the workforce to surface what's changing. Compose drives strategic workforce planning — designing the right human+AI mix. Grow enables reskilling and upskilling — continuous, personalised development. Become supports career development — living career paths that evolve with the person and the organisation.

Journey is TiJUBU's core workforce operating system. It connects skills mapping, internal mobility, learning opportunities, and career trajectories into one continuous experience — for both organisations and individuals. Journey is the thread that runs across all four properties of the Workforce Autonomics framework.

Pay Intelligence is TiJUBU's compensation OS, organised into three components. Pay Analysis delivers real-time insights, AI-surfaced anomalies, and goal tracking across internal equity, competitiveness, pay mix, and the gender pay gap. Pay Designer is the policy authoring surface — set market anchors, band amplitudes, and pay-mix targets and see the organisation-wide impact as you go. Pay Review runs your review cycles end-to-end, with a modular rule engine, live impact projections, and dedicated dashboards for owners and stakeholders. The whole stack is designed around the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970).

Purpose helps individuals and organisations align work with meaning. It assesses personal values, career motivations, and organisational culture fit to surface insights that drive engagement and retention — a key input to the Become property of the framework.

Wellbeing is TiJUBU's module for tracking and supporting workforce mental health and satisfaction. It combines pulse surveys, sentiment analysis, and actionable recommendations — feeding into the Anticipate property to detect disengagement and attrition risk early.

Yes. TiJUBU's architecture is modular — you can deploy individual capabilities and expand over time. Each module integrates seamlessly with the others, and your existing data and configurations carry over as you add more.

TiJUBU is designed to complement your existing stack. We offer integrations with major HRIS platforms, LMS providers, and communication tools. Our team works with you during onboarding to ensure smooth data flow.

04Pricing & Plans

Pricing varies by module. Journey uses per-seat subscriptions that scale with headcount. Pay Intelligence is tiered: Pay Analysis starts free, Pay Designer moves to an Enterprise tier from €2 100/month, and Pay Review is scoped to your organisation. Purpose and Wellbeing are priced on engagement scope. See the pricing page for a current breakdown, or contact our team for a tailored quote.

Pay Analysis is free to start — upload your full-org pay data, get 100 credits per user per month, and work from one seat on the house. For other modules we run guided pilot programmes rather than self-serve trials: a pilot lets you experience TiJUBU with a subset of your workforce with full customer success support.

Implementation is included in your subscription for standard deployments. Custom integrations, data migrations, or advanced configuration may incur additional professional services fees — we'll be transparent about these upfront.

TiJUBU offers annual and multi-year subscription options. Annual plans include priority support and regular platform updates. Multi-year agreements come with preferential pricing and dedicated success management.

Absolutely. You can start with one module and expand over time. Adding a module is seamless — your existing data and configurations carry over, and our team handles the activation.

05Security & Compliance

Data privacy is foundational to TiJUBU. We process personal data under strict GDPR principles — purpose limitation, data minimisation, and transparency. Individual-level data is never exposed to employers without explicit consent and appropriate aggregation.

Yes. TiJUBU is fully GDPR compliant. We operate data processing agreements with all customers, maintain records of processing activities, and support data subject rights including access, rectification, and erasure.

Pay Intelligence is built around the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Pay Analysis automates gender pay gap reporting (unadjusted, adjusted, weighted adjusted) and surfaces equity issues before they become compliance risks. Pay Designer translates compliant policies across business units and pay concepts. Combined with TiJUBU Journey, you can share role-level pay information with employees in a directive-compliant way — our dedicated Pay Transparency module handles the employee-facing layer.

TiJUBU follows responsible AI principles. Our agentic AI systems are regularly audited for bias, and all AI-driven recommendations are explainable. We maintain human oversight in decision-support workflows — agents augment human judgment, they don't replace it. We publish transparency reports on our AI practices.

TiJUBU data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure (primary region: Frankfurt) with SOC 2 Type II certified providers. We offer data residency options for organisations with specific jurisdictional requirements.

TiJUBU maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance and is working towards ISO 27001 certification. We conduct annual penetration testing, continuous vulnerability scanning, and maintain a responsible disclosure programme.
