We write before we meet.
If it can be an email, it's an email. If it can be a doc, it's a doc. Meetings are for decisions, not for discovering information that should have been written down two days ago.

The person closest to the problem makes the call.
We don't escalate decisions upward as a reflex. The HIPPO in the room (Highest Paid Person's Opinion) is not automatically the right answer. If you own the problem, you own the decision.

Disagree, then commit.
Say what you think, say it clearly, and say it once. Once a decision is made, everyone rows in the same direction. We don't relitigate things in the hallway.

Ship small. Learn fast. Don't disappear for three months.
We'd rather have something imperfect in front of users than something perfect in a Figma file. The only thing worse than shipping too early is never shipping at all.

Context over process.
We explain why, not just what. People who understand the goal can improvise when the plan breaks. And plans always break.

We work with people, not at them.
We are building a people intelligence platform. The irony of treating our own team like headcount would not be lost on us. Or anyone else.
